Data controller
For personal data processed in connection with OmniFit Analytics under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the operator of OmniFit Analytics acts as the data controller. Applications and inquiries may be sent to support@omnifitanalytics.com.
Personal data processed
We may process account and identity details such as name and email; authentication details such as password hashes and session records; coach-athlete relationship information; training programs and logs; sets, repetitions, weight, and RPE; wellness and body measurements; messages and notes; and device and transaction-security records.
Purposes and legal grounds
Data is processed to provide membership and authentication, invitation-based registration, coach and athlete workspaces, training tracking and analytics, security, abuse prevention, support, legal compliance, and service improvement. Legal grounds may include establishing or performing a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests, and explicit consent where required.
Transfers
Data may be shared with infrastructure providers for hosting, databases, error monitoring, email delivery, and security only to the extent necessary to operate the service. It may also be transferred to authorized public bodies where legally required.
Collection methods
Data is collected electronically through registration forms, coach invitations, in-product forms, workout logging screens, automated system logs, cookies, and support correspondence.
Retention and deletion
Account and usage data is retained while your account is active. Following closure or deletion requests, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized subject to legal retention duties, limitation periods, and security requirements.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn whether it is used for its stated purpose, learn recipients, request correction or deletion, object to certain processing, and seek compensation where the legal conditions apply.
