Service
OmniFit Analytics is software that helps personal trainers invite athletes, create training programs, track workout records, and analyze performance data.
Pilot access
During the controlled pilot, coach accounts are opened through invitation links. Invitations are personal, non-transferable, and unavailable after expiry. Athlete accounts are activated through invitations created by coaches.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for activity under your account. Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, an incorrect invitation, or a data-security issue.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service contrary to applicable law, third-party rights, or platform security. Unauthorized access, scraping, abuse, misleading records, and processing another person's data without permission are prohibited.
Health notice
OmniFit Analytics is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or healthcare service. RPE, ACWR, e1RM, volume, and wellness analytics are decision-support signals. Coaches and users remain responsible for professional evaluation of training and health decisions.
Data accuracy
Analytics depend on the accuracy of user-entered data. Missing, incorrect, or late entries may affect results.
Service changes
Features, access scope, performance limits, and availability may change during the pilot. The service may be temporarily restricted for critical security or maintenance needs.
Limitation of liability
We operate the service with reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Subject to liabilities that cannot legally be limited, users remain responsible for indirect losses and decisions based on incorrect data entry.
