A coach's day disappears into replying to athlete messages, finding last week's sets in a spreadsheet, checking PRs in a notebook and estimating muscle distribution. The data exists, but it is scattered. Repeating the same loop for every athlete takes more time than writing the program.

The athlete enters RPE for each set; the system calculates weighted rep-equivalents, gross stimulus and fatigue-cost ROI. EWMA-smoothed 7-day acute load is divided by the 28-day chronic average, and you can examine all signals across the date range you choose.

§ 05 — Science · Hypertrophy Engine

Gradual stimulus, not a binary cutoff.

The old binary threshold cut a set off abruptly. The new engine weights each rep's stimulus contribution by RIR proximity, its position within the set and an Epley-based load proxy. The score is not a claim of measured hypertrophy; it is a research-informed stimulus estimate for coaching decisions.

Use EWMA to divide 7-day acute load by the 28-day chronic average and show a 14-day baseline period for new athletes. The ratio and components are live for every athlete; training interpretation remains with the user.

Exercise-based regional volume
You do not enter in a spreadsheet that a bench press contributes 30% to the sternal pec, 8% to the clavicular pec and 18% to triceps. EMG-based muscle ratios are defined for 114 exercises, so every set becomes regional volume automatically.

Questions coaches ask.

What if my athlete does not want to use the platform?+

You can enter the workout yourself even if the athlete does not join — sets, reps and weight included. Tonnage, ACWR and e1RM are still calculated when RPE and wellness are empty. Athlete participation deepens the analytics but is not required.

Do I own my data?+

Yes. All athlete and workout data belongs to you. You can export it or delete your account at any time.

How do I add exercises that are not in the library?+

Add your own exercises to the library and define muscle-impact percentages with primary, secondary and stabilizer roles. Define it once; regional volume updates automatically whenever it is added to a program.

Do I need to install an app on mobile?+

No. OmniFit Analytics runs as a PWA in the browser and can be added to the home screen. You do not need to wait for App Store or Play Store approval.
