The athlete enters RPE for each set; the system calculates weighted rep-equivalents, gross stimulus and fatigue-cost ROI. EWMA-smoothed 7-day acute load is divided by the 28-day chronic average, and you can examine all signals across the date range you choose.
The old binary threshold cut a set off abruptly. The new engine weights each rep's stimulus contribution by RIR proximity, its position within the set and an Epley-based load proxy. The score is not a claim of measured hypertrophy; it is a research-informed stimulus estimate for coaching decisions.
